This is the first ever product I've tried when I was young. I was about 7 at the time, I think or possibly younger. And yeah, you might get the impression, whitening at such a young age. "Why!?" And so on. But it was not my fault. Okay, maybe it was partly my fault to begin with.
I was genetically born with a yellowish undertone, quite tan even though I didn't go under the sun. Thanks, dad!
My mum was flaunting her porcelain like skin, my mom's a Chinese. Did I include the fact that I'm mixed?
Hahha, so yeah. When I was young, I didn't care one bit but now 0.0
And so, even though a daughter is basically closer to the dads, 'Being a Daddies Girl'.
I'd beg to differ cause I'm a lot closer to my mum.
My mother wasn't very pleased with only me and my dad in the family having 3-4 darker shades than my siblings. (I'm the only girl too) So, she bought me this. It's not that pricey. Around RM19.00 or so. At first, when I first applied it, I was like "Did you see?! Did you see?! I'm white like you!" When I think about it now, I'm thinking how naive can I possibly get?
So, my conclusion about the product now is, is just like a powdery, matt so-called moisturiser (It does not moisturise at all) and just makes your face whiter. It will last for 12 + hours but once you just get a little water splashed on, poof~ . Like magic, your dark again
To be honest, I stopped using the product after 2 years cause by then my maturity kicked in as I learned science. Just the simple one where they ask, "What are our basic needs?" .
I was utterly disappointed when I figured it out. But yeah, I ended up repurchasing the product in my first year of secondary school. Most Malaysian school are like 'No make-up allowed' ... Okay, all of them are. So, the teacher highly suspect it. Hahha. So if your just looking for a product that can whiten and brighten your look for school, you found it. This is the packaging.
